AhlulBayt News Agency: On the occasion of the 13th of Rajab, coinciding with the blessed birth anniversary of Imam Ali (a.s.), a turban‑donning ceremony was held for a number of seminary students on Saturday morning, January 3, 2026. The ceremony was conducted by Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi.
